KERI KAO       Piano, Voice, Woodwinds, Groups
Keri is a graduate of the MUN School of Music and holds 2 degrees, Bachelor of Music and Bachelor of Arts.  She also holds several certificates from the Royal Conservatory of Music, is a certified Music for Young Children teacher.  She has over 25 years teaching experience and currently teaches piano, voice, flute, saxophone, clarinet, many of the Musically Inclined group classes and directs the Musically Inclined Girls Choir, Bella Voce and the Musical Theatre groups.  She has been the organist and choir director of several church choirs at both St. Edwards and Mary Queen of the World parishes.  Keri is the founder and co-owner of Musically Inclined. 
ANDY KAO       Violin, Fiddle
Andy graduated from the MUN School of Music with Bachelor of Music and Bachelor of Music Education degrees.  He also holds several Suzuki violin teaching certificates from Ithaca University.  In 1996, after some teaching in the school system, Andy decided to teach privately full-time and he has been teaching violin and fiddle for over 25 years while also performing actively as a soloist and ensemble member.  Currently a violinist with the Newfoundland Symphony Orchestra, Andy was also the past Personnel Manager and Stage Manager of the N.S.O. as well as the Assistant Principal Second Violin.  Andy is the co-owner of Musically Inclined. 
BOB WISEMAN       Guitar, Bass Guitar, Mandolin
Bob has been an instructor at Musically Inclined since 1996 and has over 25 years teaching experience and holds a theory certificate from the Royal Conservatory of Music.  Bob is the bass guitarist for The Masterless Men and is also active as a solo performer available for private functions, parties, dances and receptions.  Bob also offers specialized lessons to teach you how to tune your guitar by ear or to help you transcribe a song from a recording or original song to tab or music notation.  Specializing in Classic Rock and Country, Bob can teach any style from Classical to Heavy Metal.

CLAYTON SAUNDERS       Guitar, Banjo, Mandolin
KRYSTA SLADE       Voice, Piano
Krysta studied at the MUN School of Music as a voice major and has been active as both a teacher and performer for over 20 years.  Krysta has been at Musically Inclined for over 10 years motivating talent and musicality in children and adults of all ages.  Krysta now conducts our newest choir, Musica della Mare, which is our advanced teen chamber choir.  Her musical theatre credits include Les Miserable, Miss Saigon, The King and I, The Secret Garden (lead), Guys and Dolls (lead), and The Phantom of the Opera (lead).  Her operatic credits include The Mikado (Gilbert & Sullivan), The Impressario (lead - Menotti), and The Old Maid and The Thief (lead - Menotti).   Krysta toured the province as a "triple treat" for "Newfoundland" the musical and performed the lead role in Menotti's opera "Amahl and the Night Visitors" with the Newfoundland Symphony Orchestra.  She has participated in the Kiwanis Music Festival for 15 years and has won numerous awards.  She is a past Senior Rose Bowl runner-up and has competed at the provincial level.  Krysta also has had the privilege of conducting a "boys choir"on behalf of the Kiwanis Music Festival Association.
KRYSTAL KNEE       Piano 
Krystal has been teaching private and group piano lessons since 2005.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Education degree, has completed her Grade 9 Royal Conservatory, several Royal Conservatory theory exams, as well as all levels of Music for Young Children training.  Krystal has won numerous awards at the Kiwanis Music Festival and has experience with all ages and levels of students. 

PAUL HAMILTON      Accordion
Paul has been playing the accordion for over 40 years, was the winner of the 2008 Harry Hibbs Accordion Idol and went on to judge the 2009 competition.  He has also played as part of the Brew Crew on Live From Quidi Vidi, which was televised across Canada on CBC.  Paul specializes in the button accordion, with an emphasis on teaching and learning by ear.

MICHELLE NOFTALL     Voice, Piano 
Singing and playing since the age of four, Michelle was an active performer in her hometown of Bay Roberts, acquiring several certificates for voice and piano in the Kiwanis Music Festival and Royal Conservatory.  Michelle went on to attend MUN, where she completed a Bachelor of Music (2001) and Bachelor of Education (2003).  After teaching in the primary classroom with the Eastern School District for 10 years, Michelle has decided to return to her musical roots.   She is looking forward to an exciting fall, as she joins the team of Musically Inclined to offer both voice and piano lessons to adults and children, as well as releasing her debut Christmas CD this past November, "Songs for a Winter's Night".

STEPHEN ASH       Guitar, Keyboard 
Stephen has been playing the guitar for over 20 years.  He has taught private lessons, not only in Newfoundland, but also in Victoria and Ottawa, encompassing theory, composition, accompaniment and improvisation.  He has studied the psychoacoustics and pedagogy of music and enjoys playing, composing, performing and recording music of all genres.  He is an active performer, both solo and in ensembles, not only with the guitar but also as a bassist and percussionist.

JASON HOWARD       Drums, Percussion, Guitar
Jason has been a highly active musician for the past 10 years.  Performing, recording and teaching music during this time has given Jason the knowledge and experience required to help students excel at their musical endeavors.  Jason is interested in all genres, styles and techniques.  He is also always learning something new, to keep his lessons fresh and interesting for his students.  He currently plays with a number of bands, including Baytown, Adam Baxter Trio, Dave Whitty Band, Space Animals, and Rough Hands.  He is also a recording artist at Citadel House Studios.

SHARRON POWER     Piano, Clarinet

Alyssa is currently beginning her 4th year as a piano instructor at Musically Inclined.  She has been playing the piano since the age of 4 and she holds 2 theory certificates from the Royal Conservatory of Music as well as playing at a Grade 10 level.  She has won countless awards at the Kiwanis Music Festival and has also spent the past several years assisting with our group classes and our summer camps.  She is currently a Memorial University student working towards her Education degree with a concentration in Music. 

Erica, Samantha and Sydney are all very musically inclined.  They have all been taking music lessons from a young age in a wide variety of instruments.  Between the 3 of them, they play piano, flute, accordion, and sing.  All of them have studied theory from the Royal Conservatory of Music. 
Gertrude is our full-time receptionist/cashier and Shannon is our part-time cashier.  They handle our student registration as well as our store sales.
